Our Cancellation Policy

Worx memberships may be cancelled with 30 days notice before the members next billing date. Visit any Worx location to cancel in person or mail your written notice to our Fishhawk location only. A $25 Plus Tax cancellation fee will be applied at time of cancellation. Account must be up to date, current on payments, and any dues fallen within the 30 day notice the member is responsible for the payment.
